Membership Contract
Dr Morse Herbs UK is a Private Health Club which uses diet and herbal programs to clean and rebuild the human body. As a Private Health Club, we offer information and guidance pertaining to diet and herbal health programs, as well as fasting techniques used to attain vibrant health. Life-time membership is free and your signature is considered your acceptance to the terms of this Membership Agreement.
I enter into this Participation Agreement of my own free will, for myself, on behalf of my dependent minor, or as a permanent caretaker of an incapacitated person for whom I am legally responsible, without any pressure or promise of a “cure.” I choose to establish this agreement between myself and Dr Morse’s Herbs UK for the express purpose of exchanging information pertaining directly to empowering one to achieve their best health, the natural way. The information provided by the Dr Morse Herbs UK team is based upon the science of Chemistry and Physics and has been interpreted, simplified, and shared by Robert Morse, N.D.
My activities within Dr Morse Herbs UK are considered a private matter that I refuse to share with any external body without express written permission. All records or documents remain the property of Dr Morse Herbs, even when I retain a copy.
Representatives of Dr Morse Herbs UK whom provide services or information, do so as empowerment and guidance coaches and I understand that no ‘doctor-patient’ relationship exists, rather an at-will educational and empowering mutual relationship. I understand it is my own responsibility to consider the advice and recommendations offered to me by any of the Dr Morse Herbs UK team, and to educate myself as to the efficacy, risks and desirability of any information provided.
I willingly provide representatives of Dr Morse Herbs UK permissions (all rights) to discuss openly and freely, my personal health concerns as well as solutions to these issues, amongst each other. Any information shared by representatives of Dr Morse Herbs UK including (but not limited to) diet, nutritional, herbal, homeopathic, fasting, or any other health information, is solely for educational purposes only and does not involve or include diagnosing, prognosticating, treatment, or prescribing of remedies for the treatment of diseases and should not be considered a substitute for medically necessary diagnostics.
I fully agree to hold harmless any member or representative of Dr Morse Herbs UK with whom I communicate in any manner. I assume total responsibility and liability for my actions.
I understand that I can withdraw from this Agreement and terminate my participation at any time. If I engage in abusive, violent, menacing, destructive or harassing behaviour towards any other team-member or other participant of this Private Health Club, my membership will be dismissed, and access to all services will cease.
I agree to and digitally sign this affidavit, without coercion or remuneration, in exchange for access to benefits this Private Health Club offers. By clicking "I agree" at the time of creating my membership, I acknowledge that I have read, understand and agree to the above stated terms.
