A Juice Detox health retreat in the beautiful Cotswolds

Experience a juice detox staying in our stunning retreat house, situated in Stroud, Cotswolds, UK with host Jenette McFazden (Dr Morse trained Iridologist and level 1 and 2 Detoxification Specialist).

The retreat runs for 6 nights from Saturday to Friday, with daily fresh organic juices, Dr Morse's herbs, and a range of activities including pilates, yoga, meditation, guided walks, and health talks. A range of wonderfully relaxing treatments can also be booked during your stay. We also offer non-residential stays. 

The juice cleanse is a great way of allowing your body to put its energy into cleansing, rather than digesting and assimilating food. A residential stay in the Cotswolds takes you away from the normal temptations and distractions of daily life. You will be detoxing together with a group of guest and experience noticeable weight loss, feel healthier and you will feel enpowered to make changes in your life.

• Jenette Mcfadzen will be your host during the retreat (Dr Morse trained Iridologist and level 1 and 2 Detoxification Specialist). You can book a detoxification consultation with Jenette during your stay, and you have option of support with Jenette following the retreat.
